Guests will prepare an entire menu retracing the history of the area and that of the family.
Together we will prepare the aubergine parmigiana, a Neapolitan ragù with which we will season the local pasta:
N’Dunderi; a pasta similar to gnocchi that has ricotta as its main ingredient.
We will prepare the meat chops, an essential ingredient for the preparation of ragù;
We will prepare limoncello, a world-famous liqueur with lemons from the Amalfi Coast.
Finally, guests will eat what they themselves have prepared and taste the wines of the Amalfi Coast
